From the time I gave them my deposit to installation, SNT was timely in delivering and installing the windows. The gentleman who installed the windows did a very professional job, paid great attention to detail, and was conscientious in cleaning up after the job was completed. I am pleased with the results and I will definitely use SNT again.

I made an appointment with S-N-T to repair an existing screen door and take measurements for a new screen door. They never showed up on the day of my scheduled appointment. When I called the store around 3:30 that day the person who answered the phone couldn't answer any of my questions and couldn't reach the person I needed to talk to. He said he would call me back the next morning. He never called.

This company made windows for our house in the 1980s. The screens are now torn so I contacted them to repair the screens. They made two separate appointments to come to my house to give me an estimate and never showed up. I called them the first time they missed the appointment to reschedule, but did not contact them again after the second missed appointment.

This was the only company that was truly responsive in developing the quote. Our original specs were too expensive, but the company worked to come up with comparable alternatives and got the manufacturer (Marvin) to agree to produce them. The final product is beautiful and fits perfectly with the existing decor of the room.

THEY WERE A WONDERFUL CREW OF WORKERS. THEY DID A GOOD JOB IN MY HOME. THEY WERE VERY PATIENT WITH OUR DECISION MAKING AND TOOK THEIR TIME WITH THE PROJECT.
