I felt good, at first about using a local, Black-owned small business. Kevin, the owner had me dealing with his employee, Reggie who was a con-man. He sammed me out of $5000. When I tried to talk to Kevin, he refused to take responsibility for his employee. My A/C failed 2 yrs later while it was still under warranty. Kevin was going to charge me an exorbitant amount for the labor. I would NOT recommend this company or it's owner, Kevin. He is a corrupt man and completely untrustworthy! I am so appreciative of the opportunity to share my experience to hopefully, save others from being ripped off. I would've put ZERO stars if I had the option!

Our AC turned on but stopped turning. Kevin sent out two techs who charged us $125 instead of $59. Kevin did not advice of any extra charges. The techs advised that the unit needed to be replaced. They quoted us at $12,5000. We got a second opinion who fixed the AC using a capacitor. We will not use Royal Breeze again.

Easy and he explained everything

It was excellent. They were very professional, kind, courteous, neat and clean and he make sure that he did what he would gonna do and I am using them all the time.

Kevin did a great job. He had to clean up a job that another vendor was unable complete. I would hire him again and recommend him to my friends.

We got three bids for services. Among the three, this company was the most honest and up front out of any. The owner, Kevin, even left another job for a few minutes to come over and leave some brochures for us to look at, since our A/C unit was not working. It seemed that the other two companies took advantage of that fact and their bids were $2000 more for the exact same equipment and services! But Royal Breeze was honest and told us the differences among all the equipment options out there. Royal Breeze gave us the bid on Friday and completed the installation on Monday. They took care of getting the required duct inspections too, gave us all the rebate paperwork and scheduled the final county inspection. We did not have to do anything.

THE PERFORMANCE OF THE MAN WAS GREAT. THE PRICE WAS VERY CHEAP COMPARED TO OTHERS I HAD CALLED. THE GUY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND DID IT RIGHT. THE GUY WAS ALSO ON TIME.
