They have a great personalized touch at Cooks! If you ever need info on anything they know what they are talking about! If you just need to buy 1 screw, you can buy it without having to buy 10 or 12 like at some of the bigger home care stores. They are in their third generation of owners, and they've been around since 1929 and they know you by name!
