He was referred to me by other people. He was very good.

He did an outstanding job overall. He does meticulous work, he is meticulous on everything. That was the best thing. He didn't just do it and left it alone. When he did the mud on the wall and the stuccoing and looked at it, naw, he took it right off, he took it all off. He used up almost a 5 gallon jug on that and he took it all off and redid it again. He wasn't happy with it. That to me, was a plus.

We spoke about remodeling the bathroom, pricing, timing of project and time it would take to complete the job;
ideas, pros and cons; where to find the best deals to purchase tile, placing shelves in the bathroom, converting a hall closet.
We agreed to the terms and signed the contract; work started early the following week.
Work progressed at a fast pace in keeping with the two week schedule. He and his assistant worked throughout the day; taking only a 30 to 45 minute lunch.
We had two very small glitches
- the stucco -- it was not to Mr. Arruda's satisfaction. The still wet stucco was removed and resprayed.
- the plumbing -- the drain pipe for the sink had to be shortened.
We added a last minute detail, a soap dish, which did not add any extra time to the two-week schedule.
Mr. Arruda thinks outside the box; he presents ideas that you haven't thought about; he gives rational reasons why your ideas and quot;mayand quot; or and quot;may notand quot; not work.
Overall, we are EXTREMELY satisfied with our beautiful bathroom! We would rehire him tomorrow if we had the money to remodel our tiny master bathroom, and, if he was available to work for us again!

Very nice attention to detail. Ron is very talented and takes great pride in his work.

Great at cleaning up at end of day. Doug, who worked with Ron, was also dependable and professional.

He was on time, kept everything clean, cleaned up after himself, and was at all times nothing but professional.  The quality of the work was exceptional.
