The work was more extensive than we'd hoped, but it wasn't unexpected. We had a lot of wood replacement needed due to the original roof's poor installation plus age. Lots of wood rot. Caliber was very efficient, worked whenever it wasn't raining, and got the job with all the tear off, plywood, felting, shingles, wood, and new gutters in two weeks. If it hadn't rained and hailed, and if we didn't need so much wood replacement, it would have been far less time. We were VERY satisfied with the punctuality of the crews and of Mr. Young. The final result is great - no leaks, no puddles under bad gutters, and a nice, new roof with solid wood in the eaves.
