Great from beginning to end. Scott, the owner called me back promptly and sent Marty out to assess the damage. Scott got back to me with a quote the same day. Once we agreed on final price and conditions, Marcos' crew was out to complete the repairs and paint. The job was professionally completed by 'Adam' and Rojilio and the texturing perfectly matched the rest of the wall and ceiling. It was seamless which was not easy to accomplish, especially on the wall. Everyone involved was excellent, lots of plastic protection everywhere, cleaned up great at the end of the day and I couldn't be happier! I live in a condo and our property management company referred me to River City Restoration. I talked to other contractors but chose River City because of Scott's quick response and the recommendation of others. The price was reasonable and in line. Also they are licensed and insured which is important to me. His Project Manger, Marty, has years of experience and so do the professionals Scott works with for the repairs. Scott responded promptly on-line or over the phone regarding all my questions and concerns. This is probably the first time I have graded a company straight A's but I am so delighted with their work, I couldn't have chosen a better contractor than River City Restoration.

The contractor was very busy but, even though it was a small job he managed to find the time to take care of me. He was professional, prompt and the quality of work was great. I would highly recommend River City Restoration for your home repair needs. They do it all!
