Dan was great on the phone. I told him the dimensions of the window and slider that I wanted re-screened. He was able to give me a quote right there without having to come out. We made the appointment for that Saturday to make the repairs. It was very convenient as I had to work but my wife would be home in the morning. I was glad he was able to schedule me with such short notice as the birds had torn up the screen in our guest room and my mother in law was going to be here that Saturday afternoon to stay for the weekend. Well my wife sent me a text about 15 minutes after 10 letting me know she still hadn't heard from Dan. Our appointment was sometime between 9 and 10. I called Dan and he explained he just called my wife. He accidentally double booked for that time slot and didn't realize it until after the other job was done. Not a big deal however my wife told him he needed to be done by noon as thats when her mom needed to be picked up. As far as the work and professionalism, Dan was great. I told my wife to have a couple of other screens replaced if they needed. Dan looked at them and said they were still good, however he did suggest using a heavier duty screen for the slider since it was a high traffic used door. The last screen had a hole right by the handle where the screen had aged and someone put there hand through it. The new screen is amazing. I came home and found the work to be very well done. I was impressed with the new screen and would gladly call him again when we need more work to be done.
