Went on LG's website and this company was listed as one of the authorized providers for service. We have an LG high efficiency front-loading washer. We noticed on a couple of washes the amount of detergent in the reservoir (where the detergent is poured into) remained the same even after the wash cycle was done. The technician, Josh, ran a diagnostic check cycle as the dispenser drawer was pulled out so we could see the flow of the water, hot and cold. There was no cold water coming down into the dispenser so he checked the water valves behind the machine, both were on. Then he cleaned the hot and cold water inlet filters on the back of the washer. He ran the check cycle again and all the water now was flowing properly....problem solved !
Josh was kind enough to allow me to videotape him run the check cycle so in the future I would remember what buttons to press and do the check cycle myself. He also spent a few minutes to answer my questions and made suggestions on care and maintenance of the washer. Overall, excellent service, would recommend to family and friends. He was honest and I felt that we did not get ripped off. He showed me step by step what he did to fix it. I would definitely use this company again.

Technician arrived as scheduled and diagnosed the problem. The freezer portion worked but the top section stopped keeping food cold. Apparently, when the thermostat broke, the defroster ceased to function, clogging the air flow between freezer and refrigerator with ice. The part had to be ordered but arrived within a few days. The install was quick and the refrigerator works perfectly. The technician was professional and polite.
