The company was courteous, professional, and did an excellent job. They removed our old water heater and installed the new one. They came when they said they would, carefully explained what they were going to do and why they did it. The installer actually ran back and forth between his truck and the house to get the job done in a timely manner. The installation was done exceedingly well and he clearly knew what he was doing.
