Very well. Dropped of the car on a Monday morning and said it would be done by Tuesday late afternoon. If not, they would let me know. Did not hear back on Tuesday. Called Wednesday morning and said it would be done by 1:00 and it was. That’s the only reason for the B rating. Had they called and said they needed another half day would have improved the grade to A. It looks great.

Due to the interior damage Damien advised me not to proceed with the repair work and I concurred.

The shop did a great job of creating a touch-up color that replicated the existing paint job withouth having to repaint the entire panel. The work was great, and it was done at a very reasonable price. Damien was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely take any vehicles I have back there for future body work.

They did a great job in repairing my truck.  They were done in the time they estimated and even fixed a couple of items that were outside of the original quote for no extra cost.  Damien was great to work with.

This was a serious problem for me and I was dreading getting it fixed. I was expecting a cost of $500 plus. Thank goodness for Angies List and Rick's. Damian (the owner) was very helpful and said he believed he could fix it with fasteners, screws and bolts, which he promptly did. The fee was more than reasonable.

Damien at Rick's Body Shop was very straight forward with what needed to be done, how long it would take and the cost of the work.  He and his employees did a great job on my car.  It was very important that my car look and drive like a new car as my car was only 9 months old.  I suggest anybody that needs some body work on their car to visit Rick's.  Rick also set me up with a reasonably priced rental car from Enterprise which is a 5 minute walk from the shop.

It took about three days to complete the work.  The owner was very reasonable, competent and very easy to work with.  If you go here you will get a reasonable price and good quality.

They did an excellent job for a very good price.  I received an estimate from the dealer-associated repair shop.  $1400 to fix just the dent/cut on the bumper.  Rick's did the bumper and the rocker panel for $800.  Excellent work.  Looks like new.  I hope I don't have to use them again, but I certainly will if my car needs body work. They even contacted Enterprise to arrange a loaner while my car was in the shop.

I've used them twice. Their turnaround time was very quick. They do an excellent and timely job. They were also willing to repair scrappy parts even though installing new ones would have been easier.

Smooothly and perfect.

The work was of the highest quality and there was no drama.  They dealt with the insurance company and it was a stress free experience.

Dealing with an accident is no walk in the park, but this shop takes much of the pain out of the experience.

Based on the reviews on Angie's List, I stopped in to see Damian to get an estimate.  I was very impressed with his professionalism, outstanding personality, integrity and commitment to excellence.  After he worked up the quote, I immediately set up an appointment to have the work done.  My previous body shop owner retired several years ago and it was nice to find another shop that can do repairs that meet or exceed my expectations.  Great job and people to do business with in the future.  I would never hesitate to recommend Rick's Body Shop to the hundreds of friends and relatives in the area.

The price was fair, and the work was excellent. Explained all the options and trade off very well. I couldn't ask more of a body shop -- unless the work was free!

I came into Ricks to get an estimate. The owner looked at it and said he could fix it with minimal work. In about 10 minutes he had the bumper back in place. I asked how much do I owe you and he said since I was a prior customer there was no charge. WOW! How often do you hear that.

Excellent service, very knowledgable, excellent attention to detail, they go the extra mile to get you actual factory parts if possible.  This body shop has integrity!

Excellent, personalized service.  All work done in one day.  Several estimates given by Damien for various body work repairs that could be done to restore the entire appearance of the car.  Choice given to consumer on which option to choose.  I would highly recommend Rick's Body Shop and expect I may have future repairs done there.

Excellent. My car was completed in the estimated timeline and you couldn't tell it had ever been in an accident!

I had been to at least 5 different body shops, all of them sending me away with no hope of having my Camry repaired. I needed extensive body work done to my car from an accident that my daughter had.  Being a single female with no knowledge of auto repairs, I felt really hesitant and insecure about being taken advantage of as I embarked on my journey to see if I could get my car repaired and with the best deal. This goal lead me to 5 different body shops, all who informed me that it would be at least $6k worth of repairs with no guarantees, that the car was too old, there might be damage to my axil that would result in additional costs, and that I should consider buying another used car rather than investing that kind of money to repair my car. I was hopeless. That is until I saw Angie's List via a commercial on television, so I signed up and looked for a reputable auto body shop. I read a few reviews and decided to go and check out Rick's Auto Body. When I first met Damien Mastagni who is the owner of Rick's, I immediately felt comfortable talking to him because of his professionalism and interest in hearing what I had to say. He asked me what my goals were. I explained to him that my car was in excellent shape, other than the body damage, and that I really didn't want to take the risk of buying another used car that I knew nothing about and end up having to put money into it for repairs. Damien listened to my story very patiently, expressed his understanding and offered his willingness to help. He looked at my car and acknowledged that there was extensive damage but felt positive that he would go in and find that my axil was not damaged,  unlike the other mechanics who hadn't even taken a look at it before concluding that there would be damage. Damien was completely positive and did not send me away hopeless, but was the first and only mechanic to provide me with the positive information that I was looking for. He was completely honest, up front with what he could accomplish, what I could expect,  and assured me that he would cut costs as best as he could. I left my car with him and in less than 24 hours, he had a complete estimate ready for me, with all parts ready to be ordered, a date in which my car would be completely repaired, and expressed that he was ready to start the repairs with my consent. I was so blown away with this information, I immediately gave him my consent and sat back waiting for the results. Damien, called me throughout the repair process to provide status of the repairs and was able to have my car fully repaired BEFORE his estimated timeframe! When I went to pick up my car, I could do nothing but cry tears of joy at how beautiful it looked and the miracle that Damien's shop was able to accomplish on my car! It turned out better than it did when I bought the car 8 years ago and I paid less than I was quoted by the other body shops to boot! I am very pleased with the quality of service that I received from Rick's Body Shop and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to have body work done to their vehicle! I trust his work and I will never use another body shop as long as I own a car.
