Rich's Hauling & Yard Cleanup

Altho I was unable to hire Rich, his super-fast response to my inquiry is appreciated. From my research, he was in my final 3 choices and I was disappointed to learn he no longer does yardwork beyond hauling. But if I ever need hauling or handy(wo)man related services, I plan to contact him again. Thanks, Rich.

This is the second time I've hired Rich's service. The first was when I moved out of a house and he came over personally and did a great job of helping me to get rid of a ton of junk in a hurry. This was the second time and one of his crews came over to haul junk from my office building (old furniture, recycling, etc.). His crew was punctual, professional, and fast. A little on the pricey side this time, but I'm still happy and my office is cleaner. High quality, no hassle hauling.

The job went real well. The haulers came on time and got right to work. They were very polite and very hard workers. It was worth every penny I paid!

Rich responded promptly. We set up a day and time for pickup within that same week. He was there on time; very courteous and professional. Quickly loaded everything and even swept up the side area. Cost was reasonable; Rich applied a discount coupon for Angie's List customers. Highly recommend his service.

Very smoothly. I called Rick the day before and told him I had several yards worth of junk to get rid of. Rick showed up on time with a heads up via text beforehand. With a big trailer, Rick skillfully threaded it into my driveway off a busy street. We agreed on a final cost and we quickly and efficiently loaded the junk into his trailer. Poof, problem solved and I can focus on the rest of my move.

I called Rich on Friday and he came first thing Saturday morning. Very responsive, punctual, and professional. He loaded the fridge and several other items by himself and was done and gone in about 5 minutes. I will definitely use Rich again.

We have used Rich before, and I cannot recommend him more highly. He is courteous, prompt, professional, and responds quickly when contacted for a quote. The job is always done above and beyond expectations. I am pretty picky when it comes to work done at my home, and Rich is one of the few I can trust to do it right!

I had a backyard in terrible shape. I hired Rich and his crew to clean it up. I did suffer from a little sticker shock, but when I saw the amazing job you did I felt much better about it. I would hire them again and recommend them to others.

Had a great conversation and first meeting to talk about what services I needed done. I texted him two weeks later to discuss a date to get the jobs done. Once day was agreed upon he asked if someone would be home to go through the job that was to be completed. Work impeded the ability to meet him the morning of the job, offered to meet him another time before the job he stated he didn't want to drive over to my house to go through it again. I sent him pictures of the areas we agreed upon. Discussed that someone wouldn't be home when the job was completed and said I could meet him at 7 pm the same day for payment, he was in agreement. When the quote was done he met my dogs and had no issues with them and didn't talk about them being secured for the 20 min worth of work in the back yard. Calls me today the morning of the job and wants me to secure my dogs and then when I let him know that I am already at work he becomes irritated and says he isn't going to do the job because I am being to difficult and he has a bad feeling. Cancels the morning of the job on a rainy day. If he didn't want to work in the rain he should have rescheduled. If the dogs were an issue that conversation should have been up front. Sad...try to support a local guy to get stuff done and he acts so unprofessional.

Rich was very responsive. Returned my call right away, let me know he was on his way on the specified day, and arrived on time. The entire process was easy and I would hire him again.

Very very well

Rich showed up when he said he would. Introduced himself and had me walk him around the yard and tell him what I wanted done. He got right to work and when he was done it looked exactly the way we hoped it would! He went the extra mile and helped me get an old rug and bookcase out of the house and took those away as well. I would hire Rich anythime i need stuff hauled away.

Rich came over the day after we contacted him and gave us what we considered an extremely reasonable quote for all the work that he and his crew were going to do. Seriously, we were happy we found someone who would tackle the mess for us. He came in two days later with his crew promptly at 7:00 a.m. as promised and got to work. I couldn't believe it only took the guys two days to complete everything we had agreed on! They worked so hard, were so polite and friendly, and did such an amazing job, including additional things they found along the way that went above and beyond the call of duty, that I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again! They removed all the dead trees, leaves, pine needles, and debris, hauling everything away and leaving the back yard ready to landscape or leave, whichever my daughter prefers to do. To our amazement, there were even sidewalks and a retaining wall under a lot of that junk! Rich, you and your crew are the best! Thank you so much for giving my daughter's children a wonderful place to play! We will definitely use you again! You guys are amazing!
