RELLIS FLORIST

The girl at the counter was nice and showed me the book which showed a great pic of bloomning tulips. On Valintines day, my friend picked up the vase and delivered it. That evening I called to see how my friend liked the flowers. She said there wasn't any flowers only closed buds but the vase was nice. She got alot of ribbing about a " budding romance". Two days later still no flowers. I went back to Rellis after a couple of days and spoke to the manager ( owner?). He was immediatly defensive and made no apology at all saying tulips came in all stages. He even took me into the cooler to show me other tulips also unopened or patially so? I tried to express the disappointment in the arrangement but he became more heated and said what did I want, half off the next bouquet or some money back. I tried to express that I would have liked an apology and some way to make it up to my lady friend but he was so defensive that I just told him to never mind and I left. He didn't get it about not being about money. Ultimately 4 of the buds opened and one half opened . The rest never did. I had read on the internet about problems with florists like this. Unfortunatly this was in person. Never again from Rellis.

The arrangement was below average. I was dissatisfied and they replaced it but not to my satisfaction.
