 + -1 moreAwful. They showed up 3 hours late for the estimate. I don't want them doing the work. Horrible first impression. After being three hours late they called and we're going to send me a design specialist I don't need a design specialist I need a contractor it's a scam and a bad company

Description of Work: Reliable has done two projects for us so far dating back to 2014. | |They completely rebuilt our kitchen which I reviewed in an earlier post. They did such a good job on that, creating a kitchen full of creative solutions and oozing a luxurious feel, that we had them redo our master bathroom. | |Again we were not disappointed. We went from a single vanity and a tub shower to a beautiful tiled bathroom with a double vanity, a walk in shower and more storage space than we started with. Once again the workmanship was excellent. | |If a project goes without a hitch it is easy to look good. Both our kitchen and master bath projects had their share of surprises and missteps and that's when you find out about your contractor. Reliable lived up to their name and resolved all the issues and stood by their commitment to give us the product we wanted and in some cases more than we had expected. | |We now have them starting the guest bathroom, utility room and half bath and are confident that same quality and attention to detail will be applied to the final project. | |The ratings above are for the work done on the Master Bathroom. Stay tuned for the results of the new project.

 + -1 moreCrew arrived on time and worked very efficiently. Cleaned up the site every night. Responded well to questions. The cement team leader readily accommodated a last minute change I requested (adding color to the cement mix, job was originally spec'ed without added color). Watching the crew work the cement was a beautiful thing to see?efficient but took the time to get it right. Our job involved more than just cement. We wanted the irrigation control valves and box moved from what had been a flower bed, down to what would become a permeable flagstone patio (so it would not be stuck in the new all-cement porch) and they had guys who could do that. Our job also included replacing really old wiring out to the driveway lamp, and wiring and installing a power outlet just outside the front door. The owner of the company came out twice, once during the job and again when it was done to check on everything. When we thought of a question days after the job was done, we got an answer quickly.
Description of Work: Removed 50-year-old brick-edged planting beds, front step and two very narrow front walks. Poured a front porch and new wider sidewalks.
