The guy who came out seemed honest and he had guaranteed his work. He was punctual too. However, he never got back to me when I called him back to repair a leak in my roof. I felt that the quality of his work wasn?t good since it didn?t hold up very long. I would not use their services in the future.

The work was performed in a professional manner and we recommend his company be considered when you need the services of a dependable roofer.

They gave us very personal service at a really good price. I had three other bids and theirs was the lowest, yet the quality of their work was very good. They are very nice people, thorough, came when they said they would, and were very well prepared for the job. Bill, the owner, was very helpful.

Responsive owner. Red Shirt fixed a little dry rot that put us a little over budget. Also, subs' rain gutters didn't slope correctly, but Red Shirt's owner fixed this.

Their price was very competitive. It was substantially below the two other estimates. We are very happy with the job, and they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. We would recommend them to anyone.

I called William for an estimate on a Tuesday. We came the next day and gave me an estimate. I agreed to the estimate and he did the work on Thursday. Overall, it was quick and there were no problems.

The work went very well. Bill Metz was very polite and did an extremely good job.

Bill, the roofer, returned my first phone call on the same day and came out a gave me an estimate that day as well. At first he gave me a bid to do more work than I wanted, but came down on the price and agreed to do only the work I needed at this time. He is a roofer first, but did not balk at doing the small clean up job I wanted. He was right on time for the scheduled day, very professional, clean, and courteous. When I get around to replacing my roof, he will be first on my list.

William and his associate arrived early, were dressed neatly, personable, answering any questions I had, finished the job in record time, and completely cleaned up when they finished taking the messy branches with them. Because it was a small job (took only an hour and a half) and it was during their busy season, I did have to wait until they could fit me in. But there was no urgency on my part to get the job done. In spite of the extra work, there was no increase in the original estimate which was very reasonable. I will recommend them to my friends. They get their business by word of mouth and do not have to advertise. Discounts are given to seniors, veterans, teachers, police officers and fire fighters.
