RAW (Ryan) maintained 2 properties for me for over two years. From time to time I would hear from my tenants he did not show up. He usually never missed more than 1 maintenance concurrently. He never offered credit backs unless I called him on the missed day. I then had him install sprinkler system and a new lawn at one of the properties this past June. The lawn never really filled in and to make things worse he stopped coming. He missed a day in July then 2 days in August. When I called him on it his office stated "your tenants are lying we showed up". Well I have a sister that lives across the street and she backed up the tenants stating she saw long lawn for 2 weeks. Now his office won't even return phone calls.
