Terrible.  They were 3 weeks over the time they said it would take.  They were also $1,000 over budget for a $6,000 project.  They said they would work with us to complete drawings for the cabinet in the hall closet.  But, they never shared images other than a rough sketch.  The finished product turned out nice.  But, I do not appreciate the lengthy time line to finish such a small project nor the added cost way over their original estimate.  I do not recommend this company.  Also, their drywall subcontractors poured slurry all over our front yard and made our front plants look really bad.

The price was reasonable. They did a complete clear out demo and everything. They did tiling, plumbing and quartz countertops and it was a new product. We are having a small project done soon and we would use them again. After we decided to have our 35 year old kitchen remodeled and had design plans drawn up we faced the daunting task of finding a contractor. We had a remodel five years ago with a contractor from hell that made us very careful of who we chose. After putting the bid out to four firms we chose between two locals. Both bids came in exactly the same. One firm was a 30 year old well established and well recommended company. Then we chose Quinlan and Reed even though they have been up here for a few years. We were won over by their quality of work which we personally saw and their winning personalities. Shane and David cordoned off the kitchen area and kept it clean. In fact they cleaned the kitchen area every night before they left. They informed us daily of what would happen the following day. They stayed on schedule and within budget. Many times the plan showed a certain schematic yet if they found a better way of doing something, after consulting us they made the changes that took extra time but worked for the better. They researched and they found hard to find items and were open to our out of the box changes. We were very pleased with the work they did. They were professional, knowledgeable, flexible, and easy to communicate with, clean and good subs. We are more than pleased and actually thrilled. We would recommend Quinlan and Reed without hesitation. I would recommend then and they are great guys. They are the better ones.

Job involved big demo and waiting while cabinets were built and special parts were ordered. Every effort was to keep areas clean and to minimize disruption to daily life.
