I felt that they didn't do the job in a professional manner. Nothing was strapped. When they actually put the pipe through the ceiling for the vents, they did not put covers (roof jacks) on the pipes. I would not have known it had the inspectors not caught it. It cost me another $400 for the roof jacks. He was a very nice guy, I was just very disappointed in his work.
