Wonderful flooring company to work with. Scheduling was great and they were always on time.

We recently worked with N G Floors for our home flooring project, and the experience so far has been outstanding. From the beginning, Don (salesperson) provided exceptional customer service—promptly responding to our inquiries and taking the time to educate us on the various flooring options that best suited our residence. His expertise and attention to detail made the selection process seamless and informed. Once the materials were delivered, the installation team arrived on time and immediately began the demo and installation process with efficiency. Their professionalism and respect for our home were evident throughout the entire project. Impressively, they completed the installation in just three days without any issues or delays. While the project has just been completed and it’s too early to fully assess the long-term durability of the work, but we are very pleased with the results so far. I will update this review if any issues arise in the future, but based on our experience, I am confident that you will be satisfied with their services.

NG floors recently installed 850sqft of tile and 300sqft of laminate. They did an amazing job. Stanislav from NGfloor worked with me to get what I was looking for. Their master tiler Vlad did an amazing job setting the tiles. They cleaned up after they were done. I cant recommend them enough for flooring job. For sure I will be contacting them for the upstairs flooring when I decide to change it. Their pricing was at par or better with all the other installers I contacted. Highly recommend these guys!

NG Floors did an amazing job. They did tile removal, carpet removal, subfloor leveling, LVP installation, and baseboard installation. The whole process was smooth with excellent communication. They were quick to respond and flexible when I wanted to change plans multiple times. The price was very reasonable, especially for the quality of work. They got my very large project done in 2 days! Would use again.

bad service! They made the floor and it sagged and creaked

Great team! Nazar was super professional and on time. The price wasn?t cheapest but reasonable. But the main reason why I went with them was communication. They were fast to respond and easy to deal with when we had some unexpected condition of our subfloor. Highly recommend.
