Positive Connections

Dave and Ryan were excellent. They were very professional. They came on time and did the work in a very professional way. We were impressed with the quality of their work and workmanship. They had clearly done this type of work before and so their estimate of time and money was very reasonable.

I spoke with Dave on the phone on Wednesday, and made an appointment for the next afternoon. 
During our conversation I asked Dave if he would offer a "Senior" discount and he instantly agreed.  How nice! 
Dave and Ryan arrived on time with tools and protective mat in hand.  While Ryan reviewed the product manual, Dave arranged the mat and bike components they would start with in the middle of my tiny living room.  They work extremely well as a team, seamlessly moving from one part of the assembly operation to the next.
When the bike (5 ft long by 2 1/2 ft wide) was all together and put in place Dave gave me a quick "how-to" on adjusting and operating, while Ryan was gathering and breaking down all the packing materials for removal. 
These gentlemen were very polite, friendly and extremely efficient and  professional. 
While they were here we discussed a couple more projects that I want to get done within the next 3 or 4 months. As soon as I'm ready to proceed I will definitely schedule the work with these gentlemen.

Overall, the furniture assembly service was AWESOME! Dave and Ryan arrived promptly on a Saturday morning,confirmed the work we wanted them to do, checked electrical wiring and outlets,  and went into the bedroom where we asked them for help in securing a TV on a TV stand. They both labored through noon time (stopped briefly for a sandwich) and went right back to work. You could tell they have had a lot of experience assembling furniture and other types of equipment. They brought in a quilted sheet to spread on the floor, started to open up boxes, laid out all box contents carefully, and started putting them together. Ryan consulted the written materials that came from the box to ensure no steps were left out during the process. At certain steps of the assembly, they consulted us for our preference, such as the directions the doors should open, how high or low to put the various shelves, where to put the handles, how we felt about the TV that was mounted, etc. As promised, they added glue to certain wooden pegs used in the shelves, wiped down the whole wall unit for fingerprints and dust, took away all packing materials for us, and left our room as clean as when they came in. Since they also used to be involved in video and audio services, we asked them for some quotes on surround sound installation at our house.
