 + -1 moreDerek estimated the work quickly and at a price that I could afford and book. I left town for a conference and the work was completed by the time I returned. I plan to have Derek replace my kitchen and laundry room tile as soon as I save some money to get it done.
Description of Work: Derek removed old linoleum from two bathrooms and replaced with tile. He also installed new baseboard and toilet fixtures.

Derak and Omar were responsive to me and we were in communication throughout the two week project which also involved us painting the cabinets (not included in this bid) and working with the granite fabricator on their schedule. They were flexible with schedule and made it clear that they wanted us to be more than happy with the results which we were. Thanks!
Description of Work: Lowered a raised bar down to height of the rest of the counters where we also had new granite installed by a granite fabricator. Derak and his team installed new electrical outlets, rerouted plumbing for sewer vent, installed sink and all plumbing and fixtures in kitchen and a bathroom, and installed a subway tile back splash that turned out just as we had hoped. They also installed new euro style hinges on the cabinets throughout the house that we painted and installed pulls and knobs on doors and drawers.

 + 2 moreDerak Hestall does wonderful work efficiently and expertly. Stone and Beyond introduced us to him and provided his mainly plumbing services for our new kitchen. In a few hours he had everything looking great and operating well. He even improved the plumbing configuration under our sink and garbage disposal. We plan to use him again soon to install a glass tile backsplash and probably any time we need a general contractor.
Description of Work: Reinstalled stovetop and garbage disposal. Installed new sink and faucet in kitchen.

 + -1 moreHe renovated my house in 2010. He has competitive pricing. His work is outstanding. He is professional and always on time. I am very happy with the crawl space insulation as it is saving me money and I can tell it is warmer.
Description of Work: He did some electrical work, he replaced my out door security night lighting, he also did work on my water meter. He insulated my crawl space.

 + 0 moreHe's very professional, he has a great design sense and technical knowledge. He will do a full walk through and work with any requests that you have. If he is unable to preform the work himself, he will bring in someone else to assist him. He gets whatever needs to be done completed in a timely fashion and within budget and is very fair in his pricing. He has always delivered and never let me down.
Description of Work: Platinum Custom Construction was part of the home inspection when I bought my home and I have used him for several repairs/renovations since then. Most recently he replaced a shower head for me as part of a series of work that included a complete renovation of the house since 2010.
