The cabinets were delivered and they were particleboard not plywood. I wanted plywood as all of my other quotes included plywood boxes. I cannot say with certainty that I was told this so I will give him the benefit of the doubt.
I ordered 5 inch crown moulding and got 7+ inch moulding which wasway too large for the space and ceilings. I was told the measurement was from top to bottom when installed and they would do nothing (Picasso or Huntwood) I went to another cabinet shop and paid to have the moulding cut down. When my contractor saw the moulding (4 pcs of 8') he said it wasnt enough. Called Picasso and was told it was. The footprint of the cabinets is in excess of 34ft and that doesnt take into consideration the waste that comes with cutting the corners. Ultimately I need 3 more sticks to complete the job and Picasso wants me to pay for it even though my contract included the crown moulding.
I might add that Picasso measured wrong and had one cabinet 4 inches too wide and they ordered a replacement at no cost to me (so far!)
This has been a bad experience dealing with Picasso made even worse by Picasso not standing behind their vendor. By the way the moulding was $150/per 8 ft stick
