The entire process went very smooth. Frank showed up when he said he would and spent most of 2 days finishing the work.
He had all the necessary parts with him and explained the process to me as he went along. He was very flexible when I asked to change a few things, too. I found his work thorough, his price very fair and his demeanor very pleasant.
