We used Perkins last year for the exterior of our home, and were very impressed and asked Rob if he could give us an estimate for doing the interior living areas (living room, den, kitchen and laundry). We had issues with the sheet rock where the panels had separated, and you could see cracks in the paint. Also because of a previous roof leak, we had some peeling paint on one area of the living room. Rob sanded everything, patched it all and painted these very high ceilings throughout the area, as well as the walls and base boards. We also had a red wall that took 4 coats to cover, which also looks like there was never red there. Overall another great job by Rob-thank you so much for you eye for detail!

Rob Perkins was great to work with for this project. He came out quickly to see the job, sent me an estimate quickly, and when we were ready to go ahead scheduled us quickly as well. The job took as long as predicted, two days, and the work crew was great. I barely knew they were here. I would definitely hire this company again.

He was very friendly and very informative. He was also very affordable. The job was done very neatly, and he did the job exactly like we had asked him to do it. He went above and beyond when he fixed some dry rot areas. He went to a home supply store to buy something to fix it for an even better solution. He didn't charge us any extra for the extra job.
