I bring my '92 Saturn here on a regular basis to get the oil changed, and have been for years. They are not the cheapest for what they offer, but the service is good, and I have never had a problem with them claiming to have provided a service that they hadn't, unlike some other major chains.
On this occasion, the service technician made a minor error which resulted in me taking my car to my regular mechanic, who quickly diagnosed the problem and the fix was quite inexpensive (~$30). I took the bill over to Pavilions, and Lawrence was the manager on duty who responded.
Lawrence was very polite and concerned about the issue, and offered to pay the bill from the other mechanic in full, in cash, on the spot. This was far more than I was expecting, I would have been quite content with a free oil change on my next due date. The whole transaction took as long as it took for me to explain the details of the problem, and for him to make a photocopy of my mechanic's bill.
We drive out of our way to patronize businesses like this because of things like this. There are plenty of places that are closer to us, but Pavilion will keep our business since they treated us so well.

They are professional and very thorough. I am very satisfied with their service. They have a boutique inside the waiting area, including greeting cards, auto accessories, trinkets, stocking stuffers, etc. There is also a covered waiting area outside in nice weather. For every 10 washes stamped on the club card, you receive a full service wash free.

Fast and furious cleaning. They cleaned the inside and the outside of the car in under 20 minutes. Yet, they also took the time to buff out road grime and spots that didn't easily come off on the first pass. Nice attention to detail and a nice touch was the rags they put down by the doors so you can wipe your feet before you climb into the car. If you are frugal and want to save money they offer a 10 pack for 169.99 witch saves you $30.

They are very fast -- much faster than the dealer, and less expensive. Not the cheapest place in town for an oil change, but possibly the fastest, and the bonus car wash is great. I have been going to them for several years now, and have never had an issue with the quality of their work. Nor do they try to convince me something is wrong when it isn't.
I also stopped by in October as my engine protector had come loose, and they fixed it for me, very quickly, and at no charge! I really appreciated this, as I was already late for work, and they got me back on the road so quickly. Excellent customer service!

Was a great company. He showed up ontime and was very friendly. Listened to all concerns about vehicle and responded with I can fix that. Was very happy with service overall. The only down is that I did notice some water spots on windshield. Other than that it was great.

I always get my oil changed at Pavilion because the staff have been there a long time and I trust them. My car also gets a great wash. This time I upgraded my wash and added on the hand wax from the detail center. My paint was smooth and protected. They still have the Eco Glass company on site doing glass chip repair but there is a new guy who is friendly and not pushy like the January reviewer stated. I strongly recommend Pavilion Car Care.

They are very good at the car washes, they have a really efficient and smooth operation. They are always good, everyone knows them. They have new micro fiber cloths that I use to wipe my car after it rains, then I don't need to wash it. I don't go that often. It's very efficient the way they run it. They have quite a few people who dry it and wash the windows inside and out after your vehicle comes out, it doesn't take long unless they're very busy. If you time it right, you don't have to wait long. They have a clean waiting room with little gift merchandise and cards for sale. They even have tables where you can sit down inside or outside, it's pleasant and they are good.

The cost was about $249.00. It was $300.00 with the tip. While they were cleaning it, they couldn't get the trunk open so they started pulling fuses while the car was running. It set off the Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) which is the air bag system. When I went back to them, the owner handed me a business card and said to go to any mechanic that I wanted and whatever it cost to fix it, they would fix it. He asked me to have them call him and bill him. I thought that was really reasonable. Rather than trying to make excuses and saying that they didn't do that, they said they would take care of it. I went to a mechanic in the neighborhood, told them the situation, and handed the guy's business card. They spent about half hour redoing all the codes. When it came time for the payment and I asked them what I should tell the other guy, they said to tell him nothing and thanked for the referral. They are a well known shop. I was actually selling the car and didn't see the red light until I was handing the keys over to the guy to check the car. So I took the car back to the mechanic and had it fixed. I didn't have to pay anything. If the SRS light goes on in any of the Acuras, it is a nightmare to get it fixed. You have to really know what you are doing to get the air bag system working again. When I turned the radio on, it came up with these weird looking codes. I took it right back to the mechanic and they repaired all the codes on the radio too. Pavillion is on my high list. They did a good job detailing. I would use them again in the future.

I hope they can pick it up and start doing a better job. Great gift shop, nice inside staff. But at this time they arej ust a sloppy, car wash that is consistently missing areas of the car.

Went there and got my car washed. The greeter was really friendly and did not try to hard sell me. Bathroom and gift shop areas were spotless! Car was done quickly and was well cleaned. Will definitely be back again.

I called and got a quote in advance. I took my vehicle and and talked to Matt, the General Manager, about the hard water spots. He was so helpful! We talked about the different options and the cost of each, then I made a decision on how to proceed. The end results was awesome, better than I expected. The car looked great!
