I contacted Patti about selling my mother's home. She responded that same day and did a quick drive by to get an idea about the home. She called me later that day and asked if I could take her for a walk through of the house, so she could give me an idea of the sale value. We met the following day and she gave me a price that was way about my expectations.
We signed papers to authorize her to list the home. She said that there would be an open house the very next day and there would be several real estate agents with clients viewing the house and there might be a bidding war.
There was a bidding war and the house was sold and closed within 15 days.
Patti is very professional and treated me as if I were family and her most important client.
