I contacted Patti about selling my mother's home. She responded that same day and did a quick drive by to get an idea about the home. We met the following day and she gave me a price that was way about my expectations. We signed papers to authorize her to list the home. She said that there would be an open house the very next day and there would be several real estate agents with clients viewing the house and there might be a bidding war.
