The proposal was signed on 2/16/16 with verbal agreement that work would start the following day. After no show for several days I called Gary and he said they would be here the following morning at 9:00 AM. Not only did they not show up at all but he did not call us to let us know they were not coming. They have never spent one full day working on our project. Always coming late in the afternoon working until dark. When he calls to say he will be here in 30 minutes it is often hours later before he shows. He has had many excuses for not showing or being late. In the mean time he continued to ask for money to buy supplies with the reasoning that he would be here first thing the next morning. Only to be a No Show. Today is 4/7/16 and the job is not yet complete. We had used Gary previously for two smaller jobs in our backyard and they were done in a timely manner. A job that we were assured was only going to take a few days is now 6 weeks and still not done. If for some reason a person decides to hire Gary be sure you get an ironclad contract including a finishing date and penalty if the job is not completed on time. He is a great talker but not true to his word.
