Pacific Spa Service

I have a 25 year old Hot Springs Grandee Spa. It hasn't been used in over two years and I wanted to bring it back to life. After an extensive cleaning, I could not get the spa to heat. I called Bob at Pacific Spa Service and he not only had the right relay switch on his truck to replace a bad one for the heater, but was able to diagnose and repair the spa in just a couple of hours. I'm sure he is the only guy in town so well versed in the mechanics and electronics of every type of spa made. I strongly recommend this highly skilled, and very friendly and decent person, for ANY spa repair you might need.

Bob knew right away what was wrong, told me how to fix it, and made some other small repairs that weren't even on my list! I would definitely call him again.

This gentleman came out on time, knew just what I was talking about, advised me what to do, fixed a few things, stayed longer than an hour and cut a slot in my panel for the electrical wires, which wasn't something he needed to do. He only charged me for an hour, and our spa is working great again. I would definitely call him next time there is a problem

Bob is one of the best technicians I have ever seen.  He is meticulous, very careful, and extremely knowledgeable about what he does.  He is also one of the nicest people I have ever met.  I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to have their spa serviced or repaired.

My spa was leaking. I called Bob as I always have when my 21-year-old spa has needed service over the years. Bob determined the source of the leak. It was a bit tricky given the spa's age, but he fixed it. Bob knows his stuff and is honest, very fair and personable.
