I am so grateful we found Ryan Ouzts! We originally hired him for one project, but were so happy with his work that we ended up having him do another project, then another! Will definitely hire him for future projects too. Not only does he do very professional work and has an eye for detail, but he is a good guy too. Someone I don’t mind being in my home - can’t say that about very many other contractors. He’s a solid guy we can trust and an overall good person who does really beautiful work!

Came across Ryan through a Google search and can tell you that I am completely happy that I did. Ryan initially came out and provided a competitive estimate and schedule for my project. This project consisted of some demolition to the front of the house and building a roof/ porch addition to the front of the house. Work I intended on taking on myself, just ran out of time to complete the work. I hired Ryan and through the project he was very communicative on status and schedule, two items every homeowner is concerned about while completing a construction project. Work turned out great and on time. End result was I am very happy with the work he performed and the overall look of the house. Best compliment I can give Ryan is that I ended up hiring him for some additional work to my house. Would recommend Ouzts Construction to anyone looking for a quality project on time and within your budget.

We've utilized Ouzts expertise on a number of projects at our property. First was rebuilding a 100 ft long fence that blew over in storms. The last thing Ouzts did for us was build and install a mantle over the fireplace to match the existing look of our wood paneling, looks like is was installed with the rest of the house in the 60's. After that he ran a new electrical line from our breaker to the wall mounted TV above the Mantle. Gorgeous work and meticulous in the finish, you're in good hands.

Ryan is one of the best builders out there. We had multiple contractors come out to give us a bid on our bathroom remodel. We were looking for a contractor that understood & could execute the elegance of design with attention to detail. My wife and I are very particular to how we like things, so finding the right contractor that can match our expectations isn’t easy. However, Ouzts Construction gave us that peace of mind. The reason we went with Ryan is because his price was fair, but more importantly, he had the eye of design and seemed to understand what direction we wanted to go with our customized preferences. The details of his work was impeccable. The 45 degree angled shower curb cuts, the custom white oak shower shelves, the mirror wall panels, he even tailor built a white oak bathroom cabinet with custom lighting. All the details of his work exceeded expectations. Here are pictures of the before and afters. Let his work speak for itself. I would definitely recommend Ryan with Ouzts Construction. One other thing I’d like to add that I think is important. We felt completely safe having Ryan at our house days on end. We gave him a house key to come and go as he pleased. We had great side conversations with him, and he’s just an overall great guy. So glad we found him.

We are very pleased with the deck that Ryan built in our backyard. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were unmet. The style of the deck and inclusion of the step lights were perfect for our needs and the deck is a seamless addition to the entryway into our backyard.

Ouzts Construction did an update to our master bathroom with floor to ceiling subway tiles and a new tub installation. He even saved us a dump run by hauling away our old steel tub! We also couldn’t be happier with our new half bath/laundry room that was converted from an existing laundry room/pantry by Ryan. Ouzts’ work is well done and extremely professional, I would definitely recommend him for your next home project.
