Good. The only problem is he was delayed on earlier appointments and ended up being late by a couple of hours. But he was very nice and did a great job once he made it here.

It was such a great service!  I will definitely be calling them out again!!

Although it took a few days for my call to be returned, the appt was made the next day & he was right on time.
The work was well done, the price reasonable & my kitty looks wonderful.
I would recommend this service and plan on using him again.

Called on 10/7 and scheduled grooming for 3 dogs. Groomer was suppose to show up 10/22 at 8:30 AM by 9:45 I thought I just wasted my day off. at 10 am I called them and asked were they coming. He said he would check into it and call me back. He did call back 5 minutes later and stated his groomer had called in sick and he did not know that he had done that. Offered to come later that afternoon but was not sure when he could come because his truck was in the shop.

Overall I was pleased with the job done. My cat is difficult to deal with and I could hear her struggling with being taken care of, but that was totally expected and I think the groomer dealt with her professionally. The only reason I would possibly not use the service again was the expense.

The process went very well. I was in the van most of the time because my cat hates being groomed. By holding her head and scratching her chin, I knew she would do better and she did. However it was hot and I sweated a lot. The groomer worked quickly and got a lot of fur off my cat. The water was a little cold but it was a warm day so my cat was OK. I will use this service again as it is very convenient.

It isn't fair to judge the groomer on my experience. My 100-lb dog was too heavy for her to lift into her high tub. There was not a ramp or steps for him to climb at the time so getting him in was quite stressful and I think we should not have hoisted him up there. Not only was he too heavy, he'd never been groomed before, was uncharacteristically agitated and, unbeknownst to us, was becoming quite ill! The groomer felt so badly that she charged me nothing. She was in no way responsible for my dog's illness. If I had been more observant perhaps I'd have realized he had a fever, cancelled the bath, and taken him to the vet earlier.

Amber was very thorough when we finally were able to get the cooperation from the cat. We had to scheduled a second visit due to the non cooperation of the cat on the first visit. She was very patient and careful as she clipped away the mats. He had no nicks or cuts on his skin at all. We did have to give him a stress relief formula to get his cooperation. I was very pleased with the results of the visit and will use this company again.

I think their service is so convenient for me. It saves me the drive to take my dog to other facilities that don't do home visits and I think what they do is a good idea. On The Spot Grooming is very professional and the person that visits is such a very nice person.

My dog is clean and has maintained her fresh smell for weeks. As my dog has abandonment issues, I go into the mobile van with her while she is being groomed. Dee Dee works well with my dog. She has even trimmed the nails of my cat without charge. While the price is higher than when I took my dog in to the previous groomer's store, it is so convenient to have the grooming done at our home, plus it saves the drive to and from the former groomer, where our dog would be kept confined for a half a day for about 15 - 30 minutes of grooming care.

The groomer always does a nice job.
