They replaced my fuel pump and some hoses and the car was ready by the next day. The service is a little impersonal as they are really busy, but overall it went really fast. I didn't have to wait around long. I don't remember the man's name who helped me but I do remember that the mechanic who worked on my car came out to discuss the issue with me. He was very nice and I was off and running. I actually use OK Tires when I'm in a pinch it is the location of choice as I am between Carmichael, CA and Rocklin, CA quite a bit. Furthermore, I think the prices are comparable to large specialty shops. For more specific things I would go elsewhere but for basic services, oil changes, tires, overall tune-ups Okay is great!

Drove up without an appointment. Got to our car in about 10 minutes and out the door back on the road in a total of 30 minutes from the time we drove in. Very clean, friendly and professional. You can tell the employees their jobs and have a good time while doing it.

On my first visit, to purchase tires, I was impressed with the "neighborhood" feel of the place; some of the customers had been coming in for a long time and chatted with the service techs. Service was quick and friendly. The tires are great - better price than elsewhere, too. In all, I felt very comfortable here and plan to return forever!

I would like to grade them highly across the board. They are on Auburn Boulevard by the way towards downtown but they come and pick up my car. They take it there, do an oil change, wash it and bring it back to me by the end of the day. You cannot beat that as that is awesome.

I scheduled with OK Tire and Automotive to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Due to my hectic schedule, THEY CAME TO MY WORK AND PICKED UP MY CAR AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!!!! Amazing! They picked up my car at 10:00 am, changed the oil, and rotated my tires all by PM, when my car was delivered back to me. BEST SERVICE EVER!
