Nor-Cal Whole House Fans

Our whole house fan did not work. Told we would have someone come out for evaluation. . . IF parts available, they would fix it . . . . if not, parts would be ordered by us and they would return to complete the job. Lawrence arrived today as scheduled and replaced the timer, which he had, within 30 minutes!!!! Lawrence also schooled us on the proper use of a whole house fan which we had not been told. Wonderful experience from beginning to end . . .Thank you!

The office manager was responsive and got the service call on the schedule in a few days from when we spoke. Chris came out and found and repaired my problem in same visit. I am very happy with this company for this service. Thanks!

The technicians were very efficient and meticulous about cleaning up after themselves. I needed a belt replaced, and they worked with me so I did not have to clear my attic access for them to do their job. I was very impressed by their friendliness and quick repair. And after they completed the work, they had me listen to the fan to be sure everything was okay. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others!

James and his helper were very professional and install the attic fan quickly and expertly. James provided useful information and explained options for "smart operations" clearly. We were definitely happy with the fan.

They stayed in contact with me. We had weather issues so they adjusted the time and did the job when the weather was good, it was done quickly and they did a good job.

Owner was very responsive. Crew arrived on time. Work was performed efficiently.

Unreliable. They were scheduled to be at my house by 12p. They were not here and no phone to say why. I called the installers at 12:20p; no answer. After 2 attempts I called the owner. He told me they were delayed but would be here by 3p. 3:20p still no show and no call. Again, I called the owner. He said they were just cleaning up would be here shortly. 4:30p I received a call from the owner to say they were still having problems and would not be able to come. He wanted to reschedule. I politely told him, no thank you. He hung up abruptly. Since I was home all day, I wanted to give them a chance. But, when they can not bother to call to advise, I am done.
