The last time I took my car to Neillo was for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was good, but the wait was really long. It took up most of my day. I also thought that the price was too much. I usually get the same completed for less at OK tires. Neillo does offer lots of coupon and deals on their services and they email their clients (a bit too much sometimes). Overall though, and because my dad used to work for the company I do believe in the quality of the work they provide.
I like that they are open very early and the fact that they have a shuttle service if you need to get to work and back. I think that is the most important service an auto company can provide anyone.

I really liked service I get from the service department. They take the extra time to make sure I am happy with not only the job they did but the people who did it. The price is fair and they always make sure everything is running right.

I was very distraught with my four year old car, having to have the engine replaced. They told me that it was an oil pump that caused the damage to the engine. They said it was because, I did not follow manufactures recommendation for oil changes in the last four years. I typically get my oil changed every 6 months, but they said that I should have done it every three months. They said that there was nothing they could do, because it was 57 miles outside of the powertrain warranty and I did not abide by the recommendations of the warranty. I was clearly upset, but they treated me with disdain. Although, I asked to be kept informed I had to initiate all calls to get updates. When I did not hear from them, I walked in and was treated with a cold "may I help you", and an off handed attitude. This experience was significantly different from the customer service I received, when I took my car in for services. My previous experience with them was very warm and friendly.

They are very reputable and honest. They are so good I can't even believe it. When they tell you its going to cost a certain amount, thats what it will cost and if anything else comes up they will notify you and ask if you want the additional work done.

The work performed seemed to cost a lot, but the car definitely had a major problem when I brought it in. The car was done when they said it would be, and it has been running well in the last 6 weeks or so since it's repair.
