NEW HERITAGE TILE

He did an excellent job, but I thought the price was a little high. They were very professional and it was a good job. There was a little confusion regarding the price, because I misunderstood something he had told me. He was willing to compromise on the price with me. He was very reasonable. I would call him in the future if I needed this type of work done. He was a true professional.

They arrived on time to do the work. They were professional while they worked. They were courteous and kind. I would use them in the future and would recommend them. The quality of their work was good.

Everything went very well. They ordered and picked up the tile for us (we went and paid for it ahead of time), showed up on time on each morning and left each day after they cleaned up after themselves. The two young men that were here spent energy on the details...everything from which tiles sat next to each other to how the tile sat next to the carpet in the next room. They spent a lot of energy making sure everything was the way we wanted and were patient and responsive to all the questions we had. We originally had planned for minimal grout lines with the understanding that it would depend on the tile once it arrived. They did end up having to increase the thickness of the grout due to the tile inconsistencies. They let us know as soon as they realized. We were very pleased with them and plan on using them in the future with our bathroom floor.

They were wonderful! They got the supplies, color and were there for everything! Felt very taken care of! Wonderful job!

THEY GAVE US AN ESTIMATE AND IT WAS RIGHT ON THE MONEY. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. WE RECEIVED VERY GOOD SERVICE FROM A GREAT CREW OF GUYS.
