After it didn't pass the first test, the owner was very informative and gave me some helpful information such as how to apply for help with repair costs, etc. The re-test was free and it passed with no problem. I was very pleased with Natomas Smog Shop's work and their fees were reasonable and fair.

I found the listing on AL and called for an appt. I spoke to Thuan who was able to accommodate my same day appointment request within the hour. I was quoted a price and was given the AL discount. I am very impressed by this Owner operated, test only shop. He was easy to understand and quite knowledgeable about different cars. No shady upselling or scams.
