It was a pleasure working with Nazar. My husband and I got a carpet and installation, and baseboard installation from NG floors, and we are overall very satisfied with the outcome. Initially we were very happy with the quote we got from Nazar since it was significantly more affordable than other vendors. However, we were told that our carpet selection at the price we had chosen was now discontinued, therefore we were given a quote with higher cost. Nazar was professional and apologetic about the mishap. We asked for a discount from him, and he immediately was willing to work with us and our budget. We really appreciate Nazar’s professionalism and prompt responses to our inquires regarding our house projects that were completely unrelated to carpet installation. Nazar was helpful and provided advised to us without pressuring us to buy any products from him. We would go recommend NG Floors to anyone wanting buy carpets or do any flooring updates around the house.
