Contacted company by telephone. Discussed TV type and mount type desired. Scheduled an appointment after a telephone price quote. Company had to move the date forward by one day due to a scheduling conflict. David and Michael arrived on time, explained the mount and how it worked. They installed it and mounted the TV and cleaned up the work site. They also offered to redo the TV connections but I preferred to do it myself. It was quick and efficient and very satisfactory.
