I highly recommend Ricardo Deanda (and his trusted crew) and am thankful for to Angi for this resource. I reached out to two other companies prior to Move-Proz and was given a hard-sell with a high price (including putting other movers down). From the start to the end of our move, Ricardos communication has been responsive, friendly, and professional. The contract he drew up was clear and there were no hidden fees. Before even meeting, I was able to put my trust in them. Move-Proz made the extremely stressful experience of moving a smooth experience.

The first day Ricardo and Joseph came and packed my house. They were incredibly fast and efficient. Nothing was damaged in the move. There was a tiny hiccup they wrote bedding on the inside flap of the box and it took a bit before I could find the right box. The next day the other Ricardo and Eddie came and loaded the truck they were also so efficient, the next day Ricardo and Eddie unloaded everything they put furniture where I wanted and also put boxes in the correct rooms they made sure to leave space in the garage for my car. I highly recommend them. If anyone I know moves I will let them know what a positive experience I had.

Being VERY senior citizens moving is so taxing and tiring. Ricardo and his wonderful crew made it so much easier. Ricardo was prompt and did an in-person evaluation of what we were moving and gave us an estimate that was accurate and did not change. His crew was so kind, hard-working and friendly. Move went so smoothly, truly a blessing. If you can believe this his crew even gave us very useful information on how we should place our furniture in our new location. that is a first for us. We absolutely recommend Move-Proz and will probably be moving again in a year and would not consider using anyone else. Much gratitude to you and your crew Richardo. See you in a year! Cliff and Sue

They were early to ensure that they could find parking, they had seamless communication and helped me move my stuff easily. Would definitely recommend them to others, I really enjoyed working with this company.

Piano moving is a specialty. There are certain ways, especially with grand pianos, that they need to handle a beast of furniture. Ricardo and his crew were great. They checked in 30 minutes before arriving. Ricardo had all the tools and equipment needed, so there were no delays. Oh... they did it fast, efficient, and respected the piano as well as me. In my opinion, they went the extra mile in moving and setting my piano in place.

Move Proz promptly responded to my solicitation of a quote for moving a 400 lb spa across town. Richardo's crew arrived ontime, and completed the job in less time (2 hr) than I had anticipated. They were time-efficient in applying the minimum wrapping, and used a variety of equipment to speed the job.

The Move Proz were super professional, efficient, and affordable! We moved from Elk Grove to Redding, and Ricardo and his crew got the job done well within their estimated time frame! They were all so great to work with, highly recommend them for any home move!
