I had to go to the contractors board because he wasn't doing anything right. Then after the contractors board made him get some new plans so he would do it right, he put an $85,000 lean on my house and I couldn't sell it. It took me a year of going through the court system to get the lien off.   They held my house up in the air for 9 months and I had to go to court. They are the most prejudiced people on earth and they do not do quality work. I gave them the money in January and I didn't get my house back on the ground to about August. I made the mistake of paying them up front and we had to go to arbitration, and he didn't even have the correct plans for my house. He brought someone elses plans.
