The service was great. They threw in some additional charges that I didn’t think should have been thrown in. It went from like $99 to $239, so I was disappointed with the cost factor of the cleaning service. The fellow that came out was very nice.

They were good. I use them every other month.  They get the spots out; they're clan and they really nice.

This was an excellent experience! I called early in the morning and spoke with a friendly and helpful staff member. She found one of their staff was near my neighborhood and I received same day service! The carpet cleaner was punctual, efficient, hard working, professional and was very patient with moving furniture out of the way. He even honored an Angie's' List Coupon. I would recommend them again without reservation. Their price was also about 50% less than an estimate from other cleaners. I plan to use them again in the future.

The price I was quoted over the phone was $77 but when he came out, he said it would be over $100. He was going to charge me extra for my dressing area even though it was part of my bedroom. He was punctual but also told me he would call me half an hour before he came to the house which he didn't. The carpet took 2 days to dry. It was cleaned effectively though.

They moved my furniture and cleaned my carpets. It was awesome.

THE PRICE WASN'T BAD. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. IT WAS DONE IN A VERY DECENT AMOUNT OF TIME. THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT NOW. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY TWO TIMES. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE. THEY ARE A FAMILY-OWNED LOCAL COMPANY. IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT WITH THE WORK, THEY WILL COME AND FIX IT FOR FREE.
