Never would have called had I known they charge simply to walk in my front door.

The repair person spent 15 minutes from the time he walked in the front door until he walked out having finished the job. I was charged $58 in labor plus a $68 service charge. I understand labor and service costs, but these charges seem excessive for the amount of work actually performed. I will not use this company agian and will not recommend them to my friends.

We were very pleased that they would come out and also that they ordered the part first and brought it with them so there was only one service call. He said they always do that so they can see immediately if that is indeed the problem. They ordered the part and then called to let us know they would be out between 9 and 1. He was here shortly after 9.
