Between August and December of 2012, Michael helped us prep and sell our home as a Short Sale. This was an especially stressful and difficult situation and decision.
Michael was very professional yet caring and always worked to ensure we were as comfortable as could be given the situation, while continuing to move us in the right direction to satisfy the goals we had.
Michael?s advice and efforts led to over 25 qualified offers, and we were able to select the buyer we felt would best benefit the neighborhood we had grown to love. They were also with a Realtor that Michael felt would be the best at managing the Buyers expectations and maintaining their motivation and patience as we went through this sometimes arduous process.
