I ended up not doing it, because there was a discrepancy with my extended warranty they say I owe a $100 and I don't think I owe anything I waited for 2 and half hours. They were suppose to get me in contact with a financial person, and they couldn't do it. And I had my 1 year old with and i said forget it and I left. I got so frustrated with them I just left and I don't want to deal with them again. I'm going to go to the other local dealership in the area.  I've used them bunch of times and I've never had big repairs, this wasn't a big repair always before it was oil changes and stuff like that. It was a real big pain.

My wife trusts them, and its her car, and if you know anything about husband and wife, if she has something she likes, you don't mess with it. She thinks its perfect.

This is a large business. A bit overwhelming and felt a little bit like I was a number rather than a customer, but it also meant that they carried parts that other dealerships didn't carry. Overall, I'd go there again for a hard to find part, and even get my oil change done while there for something else.

They took me right in to the quick service area and repaired the leaking tire.

I think when a young woman with two young children and a grandma-looking lady walk onto a car lot to shop, the wolves descend and behave even worse than in the average car salesman story. My excellent credit could have been ruined by their lies and delays.

I like their customer service the most. I have a dealership near my house, but I drive all the way to go to this place because of their service. They take the time to explain what is wrong with the car before they repair it. From my experience so far I know there has not been any major repair with my car.

I'll have to make another appointment for the six months service. It's always been great. I've had my car for quite a few years now. The service guys are really good. It's just so efficient and so well done. They always wash the car and it's wonderful.

Not well because they performed the 90k mile services knowing that my transmission needed to be replaced but without telling me about it. It wasn't until after they did the 90k mile service that they told me that a new transmission would cost $4000--so before I could say just "junk it" and "forget the 90k service" they went ahead and ran up my bill. They also told me that my brakes needed servicing that would cost hundreds of dollars. I would have left owing them $5000+ had I agreed. They offered to lower the price of the transmission to $3000 but I did not agree. Having faithfully taken my car there for years, I was surprised that the transmission would go out so quickly and that they would not repair it for any less. I took my car to another auto service shop and they told me that my brakes would last for another 3-4 months without servicing. I will not go back to Mel Rapton Honda. Their goal is to get you spend money whether you need to or not. The service is okay, but it is overpriced, and spending all that money doesn't mean the car parts will last any longer anyway. How many transmissions go out at 90K miles?
