+ -1 moreBased on what they were telling me I put a deposit (of 300 dollars) on the Mattress. I purchased the Mattress Dec 26, and then I told him I would be buy on Sunday to pick out a frame. However I had another obligation on Sunday (28th), and Ben called me and left a message. He told me to call him back however they were closed when I try to call him back. I told him that I could not afford the mattress at this time, and he offered to give me a store credit. When I told him that I wanted the store credit he told me to go home and think about, and refused to give it to me on the 29th.
Description of Work: I originally I went to the the store to look at the Mattress. They showed me that the price of the mattress that I was looking at was going to buy was going up next year. However after I visited the store I went to the company's website, and the model of matter was not even on the website.
