Description of Work: We purchase a power lifting mechanism to provide our king-size bed with elevated head in knees. Of what we did not know was that the device had to be reprogrammed following a power outage. As we are both elderly and disabled there was no way, repeat, IN no way that we could do it. Matthew's mattress came out, removed the defective power unit, and restored us to our original configuration, and went above and beyond the call of duty to this even though they worked until 10 o'clock on a Saturday night. They then, on the strength of a verbal agreement and a handshake removed the defective power unit, replaced our boxspring equipment and promised to refund us the difference between the $2000 power unit in the $500 new box springs. No paperwork, just their word and a handshake. And those famous words "Your check will be in the mail!" Today we received the check. We cannot speak to highly of the honesty , integrity and customer service of this business . Thank you to Dave Wood store manager , James, a sale and delivery person, Ruben, and all the other delivery people that I can remember their names right now , but they were polite, professional, and went above and beyond the call of duty to reassure us .
