Both jobs went extemely well. He arrived promptly both days. He first had to see the damage for the floor repair job, then buy the necesary materials to complete the repair. No problems arose --which sometimes can with an old house--and he finished the job in the afternoon.
The painting job took longer because painting interior walls is tedious, and an extra coat of paint was needed to cover the walls completely. He had to shuffle the furniture that was left in the room to get at all the walls and the celing. The room is beautiful with its fresh coat of pain. I couldn't ask for more.

Martin was very polite, personable and professional while easily approachable. I assisted him in the work, and he was happy to explain what he was doing and teach me a few tricks. I was very pleased with him and the work he did looks better than I had hoped for! I highly recommend him for this type of work!
