Property Management
I had to fire this company due to poor communication. The rent is due on the 5th and my tenants are never late. However, they don't pay me the rent money until the 15th. I pay all the bills by the 6th or 7th. When I had them pay the bills, they were accruing late fees, so I pay them myself now. I have a very nice property available right now and the manager recommended a higher rental rate. It didn't rent at that price and I found out that she wanted the property for herself so set the high price, then hoped to rent it later for a lower price.
