Maria cleans my home once per month and does an excellent job. She is reliable, honest and a hard worker.

Maria missed appointments, or would be late. Rushed through the job so quickly that the quality was very poor. However, she still would demand the same amount of money even if she was ?done? in an hour. Overpriced and under quality.

Very timely and great quality work.

Maria worked for me one day. The next month she did not show up. Monday, I called, she forgot- would come tomorrow. No show, no call, not answering her phone. Is this Customer Service????

We are finding it more difficult to keep up with our cleaning as we age. Maria and her staff did all that we required and are enjoying our clean home this week.

Maria & her helper did a great job, were very fast & Maria is a sweetheart. There were a few tiny details I would have liked done, but am very satisfied with the work. (More importantly, she is welcome in my home!) I hope to use them on a on-going basis.

I hired Maria for a one time deep cleaning and I’m very satisfied with her work. She and her assistant were prompt and efficient. It was very convenient that she brought her own supplies. When I wanted her to go over an area of the floor that needed more attention she took care of it very quickly. The cost for the deep cleaning was rather high, but well worth it.

Terrible experience, please save your time and money and don’t hire!!! House is still dirty, no attention to delail during initial cleaning which was supposed to be a ‘deep ‘ cleaning! Kitchen counter still has food traces and even left food in the sink.

Maria was very terrible and she is a hustler! Do not hire her!!! She is the worst! I Planted an item underneath the bed, cause it looked like she was not cleaning under the bed. My allergies started kicking up and I looked under the bed and the piece was still there, along with 2 inches of dust! I told her that "I was having to clean up behind her," and she told me, "That was ok." I told her "No that is not ok!" She missed a lot of areas in the home. And again I do have allergies and I am disabled, the whole reason for me hiring a Maid Service in the 1rst place. My house is very organized to make it easy for the Maid service when they come in. I am very particular. I walk around in the house in white socks on my tile and hard wood floors and my socks were very dirty. So BEWARE!

She is very professional, does wonderful work, very pleasant. I have hired her on a weekly basis.

She did a nice job but missed several areas that needed dusting. It was nice to come home to a clean house!

I will preface my remarks with my house looks clean but it still needs to be cleaned and not dusted. She was not honest about using Pledge on my furniture. I know when my furniture is Pledged. It shines and my furniture did not shine. I brought her back and showed her my furniture after I pledged it myself. She was only at my house for 2 hours and that is not enough time to do a good job. At $150. this visit, I expected a better more thorough cleaning. The main complaint is she was dishonest about the pledge and she did miss cleaning a glass table and dusting some of my blond colored furniture which was easy to see. I don't mind paying for work that is done properly.

Maria and her coworker were prompt, courteous and efficient. She was very accommodating with both my schedule and requests. Although the first appointment was priced rather high due to the fee HomeAdvisor charges, Maria's ongoing rate is very reasonable. We were very happy with Maria and highly recommend giving her a try.

Maria worked alone has a great personality and is friendly to be around but lacks pride in her work. !st appointment with Maria was the "deep clean" first time appointment ( my home is 2100 sq/ft and has very little furniture with all hardwood floors and I;m the only person living there; very easy to clean). Maria arrived on time and went to work; was done in a little over 2 hours ($150). Job done was okay but not at a $75/hr level. Performance border-line but decided to try one more time. 2nd appointment 3 weeks later suppose to be the routine cleaning appointment; arrived 1 plus late (flat tire which was okay with me, stuff happens); started cleaning and was done little over an hour later ($80). Reviewed her work and it was very disappointing, dirt in sliding door tracks, balls of dust back of recliners (very easy to get to), bathroom tile floor not cleaned; basically a very poor job. Very unprofessional; can understand she might have been trying to make up time on her schedule but to do a sub-standard job and charge full price demonstrates a real lack of integrity and pride of workmanship. For me the true test is when the professional knows the job is sub-standard and owns up to it. Nice lady but work is not and therfore would not recommend her.
