MARCONE APPLIANCE PARTS CTR

Wow! A long story to be condensed. Have a dryer that was converted to use Propane about 5 years ago. We moved to a different area that only has natural gas, so needed to convert the burner jet from propane to nat. gas (they are diff sizes reflecting the difference in heat content). Went to Sears store. they were particularly unhelpful and downright rude. Found Sears parts distribution center on-line, & they sent the wrong part. Called back, & they told me they don't sell the one I need. They suggested I talk to the Gas company. Gas company didn't know what I was talking about. They said, call a propane company. Did & they were mystified why I would even ask. They suggested I call a plumber. Plumber had no idea what I should do, suggested I call a competitor, Did & they said I should consider just buying a new dryer, but he sent me to an appliance repair company. Nope, they don't deal with those parts and besides, they were very busy. Said to call a parts company & suggested Marcone Appliance Parts. Phone rep even knew what I was talking about, looked up the parts in his data-base, made sure they were indeed what I needed. They will be shipped by FedEx. YAYYY!
