We have been in business for more than 32 years but are new to Home Advisor. We are a locally owned General Contractor, Pest Control and Termite company that specializes in dry rot, termite, water damage repairs and plumbing leak damage. We offer a variety of Home Inspection, Termite Inspection, general contractor and termite control services that are customized to each individual project. Our owners have been licensed to practice Structural Pest Control in California for more than 30 Years each. Most of our employees have been with us for 20 years. Unlike many contractors we value smaller jobs and our typical job is less than $5000.00. I promise that we will be prompt, courteous and treat you like you were family. I don't deserve your business if we don't.
