I have been pleased with their services. I have used the company for about 10 years. If I need anything extra done they are happy to help. The lawn care people are very nice and I feel like I have gotten to know them well over the years. My neighbors also use the company.

Very poor follow through, charges for weeks even though they don't perform because of rain or whatever. Does not pay attention to detail. High charges for fertilizer. I finally had to fire them and start doing it myself as I had to follow behind them anyway.
